the staff were very warm & friendly & helpful, I like to feel welcomed & they were always friendly.

We had a very spacious and comfortable room, with full-sized fridge, a microwave, and stove top in the kitchen. Beds were comfy, staff was very courteous and very helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

Towels could have been fluffier, and more choices for breakfast would be nice, but these are not complaints. It is not a luxury hotel, but was everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

I loved the clean room and friendly staff . It was super easy to walk to Sherwood Park and the Mesa Arts Center for some afternoon exploring.

Front desk staff was nice. Good location.

Housekeeping was extremely unfriendly & unhelpful. They never fixed my clogged kitchen sink i reported to the front desk on the first day. They never once entered my room to change towels or sheets. (i was there 1 week.) i had to take out my own trash once i found the "trash room" in housekeeping. Non-smoking hotel but i smelled cigarette smoke every night in my room. (i dont smoke.) "breakfast" was a joke, they usually only had old apples and a couple of granola bars. I did a review while i was staying there and the lady at the front desk stopped me on my way in to ask me why i didnt give them an outstanding review.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24-hour reception. I appreciated the help from the staff when I lost my wallet during my first stay. I'll definitely come back for a city break!

We were in a smoking room and I requested a non-smoking room.

Great place to stay, fairly clean, everything was amazing. A lot of great food. Very helpful staff, a nice size and well-appointedroom with stove top as well as sofa bed. Perfect, good location in the good area. From the bus stop 15 minutes on foot❤❤❤

The staff was helpful, especially the front office girl who was patient and answered all my questions. The hotel was clean and located close to several stores and places to eat.

Fantastic and great food. The rooms with a clean kitchen. Location really close to Southern Phoenix area and Close to shops and shopping store and grocery store.

Comfortable studio, friendly staff, the kitchenette was particularly useful for preparing some meals while we enjoyed the free, fast wi-fi and convenient location near grocery stores and eateries.
